Hmm, not bad. light source a bit inconsistant. Colour tones sometimes in irregular places, no highlight tone anywhere... and did you apply a "canvas"-type texture to the whole thing? ...why? Just makes the whole pic look grubby IMO. Not trying to pick on you, just to point out specifically where you could do better.
